The site has been impacted by grazing and <br />a fenceline is located near the site's northeastern boundary. <br />The lithic scatter consists of a retouched flake and 23 pieces of debitage. The retouched flake is <br />manufactured from a tan chert secondary flake that measures 5.7 x 3.2 x 3.5 cm. Pressure flaking <br />is visible along its ventral and dorsal sides. The debitage consists of 21 tertiary flakes, one secondary <br />flake, and a piece of shatter in various color gradations of chert, quartzite and porcellanite. Seven <br />of the 21 tertiary flakes are white opaque chert. <br />NRHP Eligibility Recommendation and Project Effect: Site 5MF6060 is recommended as not <br />eligible for listing on the NRHP under Criterion D. The site consists of a diffuse surface <br />manifestation that has a limited density and diversity of artifacts. No dateable cultural features or <br />47599 TRC Mariah Associates Inc. <br />
