RULE 2 PERMITS <br />Cedar Creek are presented as Exhibit 11 Item 1 and Exhibit 11 Item 2. Cedar Creek and Colowyo had <br />informal communications with CDRMS staff in 2005, and they deffered to the Colorado Division of <br />Wildlife to evaluate any proposed scope of work for collecting appropriate baseline wildlife monitoring <br />data for this permitting effort. The Colorado Division of Wildlife was consulted early in the process and <br />provided guidance to Cedar Creek Associates, Inc. with respect to the specific data to be collected, timing <br />and accepted methodologies for data collection.
