Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Elk Creels Mine. <br />The revision was deemed complete on June 6, 2013. The decision due date is June 16, 2013. <br />Oxbow Milling, LLC proposes to drill a second dewater borehole on an existing well pad. The <br />purpose of the dewater borehole is to pump water out the mine workings to the surface. No <br />additional surface disturbance is proposed.
