<br />A. DEFINITION OF EFFLUENT LIl~IITATIONS
<br />1. Effluent Limitaflons
<br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through, May 31, 2009, the pemrittee is authorized to
<br />discharge from outfalls 007, 009, 010, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, and 018.
<br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the
<br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61, the permitted dichage shall not contain
<br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow
<br />limitation.
