Major facilities shall monitor flow weekly, minor facilities 2 days / month <br />— If a visual sheen is noticed, a grab sample must be taken and analyzed for oil and grease <br />•iWC— 100% <br />'— Acute WET testing shall be conducted if the discharge meets one of the following: (A) the maximum discharge frequency is less than 3 consecutive days (72 <br />hours), and less than 3 days per 7 day period, and less than 10 days total per month, (B) the maximum discharge frequency is less than 5 consecutive days <br />(120 hours) and less than 5 total days per month The permatce is required to submit documentation whenever dischrrge that is subject to acute WET testing <br />occurs regarding the duration of the actual discharge event. The Division removed Ceriodaphnia sp. testing to outfall 015 in the existing permit C00000132 <br />as a result of a toxicity study. Detailed information can be found in the factsheet for permit C00000132. Since the water quality of outfall 015 is similar or <br />the same as that of Outfall 0158, the acute species has been changed to daphnia magna in lieu of C eriodaphnia for ac ate WET, should the discharge meet the <br />intermittent definition as provided by 4(A) & 4(B).
