III. PURPOSEOFAMENDMENT
The permittee currently has a compliance schedule fora "Twelve Time Analysis ", where twelve consecutive grab samples are to be
collected at Outfall 0/5, and analyzed with the results to be sent to the Division. A report was to be sent to the Division by September
30, 2005. This report was received on October I7, 2005, however, there was no discharge jrom Outfa110/5 during this time period.
This compliance schedule is being changed to al/ow /1 total monthly samples instead of 12 consecutive monthly samples. Also this
compliance schedule is being changed to require reports to be submitted on a yearly basis, documenting the progress in collecting
these /2 samples.
