The report is in compliance and satisfies <br />Rule 2.02.6(3)(b). It is noted that 4 monitoring wells remain. <br />Attached with this report was a request for a partial release of the coal exploration bond held for NOI X- <br />2005- 226 -00. The Division currently holds a cash bond for this NOI in the amount of $39,182.00. <br />So that we may properly evaluate the success of the remaining reclamation at these sites, we will conduct <br />the bond release inspection within 30 days and weather permitting.
