<br />Routt County Road 27, PO Box 250, Hayden,
<br />CC 81639, has filed with the Colorado Divi-
<br />sion of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety
<br />(DRMAS), an application for Technical Fevi-
<br />sinn JlNo_ 6) to the Sage Creek Mine, Permit
<br />C -09 -087, Thin technical rehear relates to a
<br />band reduction resulting from the recent
<br />Mid -Term Review conducted by the
<br />DBMS.
<br />The mine permit area, trncornpa35ing ap-
<br />proximately 10,164 acres, is located approxi-
<br />mately nine rrriles south of the lawn of Flay -
<br />den. Colorado, off Routt County Road 27,
<br />The general legal description for lands af-
<br />fected by the Mine Permit Applicatian Pack-
<br />age (PAP) are looate-d in Township 8 North,
<br />Range 97 Went, all or p*rthonr. of Sections 1,
<br />2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 14, 11, 12.13. 14, 15, 16. 21,
<br />and 22: and Township 6 North, Range 87
<br />West, all or portions, of Sections 27, 28, 29,
<br />32, �13, a4, 35, and -
<br />The permit term is for five (5)years. Affects
<br />comprise only a small portion of the entire
<br />permit area. Surface and coal ownership
<br />within the proposed permit area include
<br />$aqe Creek HQ11ding3, LLC; the, gate of Ccl-
<br />orado, and the U-S_ Department of Interior
<br />(Bureau of Land Managerrientj. The owner-
<br />ship, precise location, and boundaries of
<br />lands within the permit area are identified in
<br />55ection 2.93, and on Map 2.03 -M1, of the
<br />PAP, and are included in thiA public nrstiae by
<br />reference.
