Evidence of public notice for the adjacent land owners and government <br />agencies was not submitted with the original application. As stated in the application package, <br />these certificates would be forthcoming after the approval of the previously submitted public <br />notice. The public notice was approved on May 201h <br />Attached are copies of the certified letter receipts sent to each entity on the original applications <br />list of adjacent land owners and government agencies. In the divisions completeness review it <br />was noted that Williams Fork Land Company was not included as an adjacent landowner.
