Once the
design for the reclamation is in process we have the information to know whether the new
reclamation plan will require us to convert from a 110 permit to a 112 Permit. In order to create
a comprehensive Reclamation Plan a detailed survey was required. CEMEX decided it was best
to conduct an aerial survey which was delayed several times due to unusual spring weather. The
information is now available including a digitized mapping format and we are moving forward
with the planning. In addition more time is required for the work to make sure there is sufficient
time to convert to a 112 if required.
Please let us know if you have any questions and if the extension is granted
Best regards,
De ' Arthur, Ph.D.
Environmental Manager
/-30 12V
