The proposed operations <br />comply with the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, the 43 CFR Subpart 3480 <br />requirements for Resource Recovery and Protection Plans, and the conditions and terms of the <br />lease; therefore we approve this R2P2 of lease COC74219. We also find that the proposed <br />operation achieves maximum economic recovery of the Federal coal. <br />The R2P2 conforms to the Bureau of Land Management's land use plan for the Little Snake <br />Field Office and is in harmony with the management objectives to maximize the availability of <br />the Federal Coal estate, and to facilitate orderly, economic, and environmentally sound <br />exploration and development of the coal resource. <br />The R2P2 for lease COC74219 is approved.
