NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
<br />APPLICATION FOR LOGICAL MINING UNIT MODIFICATION APPROVAL AND
<br />PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVAL.
<br />The Colorado State Office of the Bureau of Land Management received the application on
<br />December 5, 2012 from Bowie Resources, LLC., 43659 Bowie Rd, Paonia, CO 81428, for a
<br />modification of an approved Logical Mining Unit (LMU) COC -57202 in accordance with 43
<br />CFR 3487. The application for the proposed LMU modification is available for public
<br />inspection at the BLM Colorado State Office, 2850 Yoiingfield, Lakewood, Colorado 80215,
<br />during regular business hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
<br />The proposed LMU modification contains lands from five Federal coal leases. The
<br />descriptions of the lands contained within each Federal coal lease which are to form the
<br />LMU modification are as follows:
