Everist ( "Applicant ") along the South Platte River mainstem and <br />the Saint Vrain Creek. The amendment applies to the Ft. Lupton Pit and the Rinn Valley Pit and replaces <br />the February 3, 2012 SWSP in its entirety. The required fee of $514 (2 x $257) was submitted (receipt # <br />3654646A & 3654646B).
