SWEPT LP
Summary of Findings: The CBL -VDL Log indicates Top of Cement (TOC) at 190ft.
Three different zones of cement bond log quality can be seen from the analysis as follows:
Well: OW -8124
Zone 1 - 1795ft — 2284ft: The conventional CBL -VDL log shows low amplitude in the tail slurry
cemented interval. VDL shows no formation arrivals because of the multiple casings.
Zone 2 - : 190ft — 1795ft: The conventional CBL -VDL log shows the lead slurry cemented interval. VDL
shows no formation arrivals because of the multiple casings. The Isolation Scanner Images are
affected by the tool eccentricity and are affected by the small 4 -1/2" casing which is at the low end
operating range of the tool. No conclusions can be made with confidence based on the Isolation
Scanner Log in this 4 -1/2" recorded interval.
Zone 3 - : Surface —190ft: The CBL amplitude curve indicates the Top of Cement (TOC) at 190ft.
Conclusions: The 2- 1 /2feet parting in the casing at 2025feet and two 20feet joints in the bottom of
the cased interval that are separated from the casing above has a 4.5inch casing installed to
2282feet and cemented to 190ft. The CBL -VDL indicates that cement is present in the annulus
between the 4.5" and the 8 -5/8" casing with the Top of Cement (TOC) is at 190ft.
