Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />On May 10, 2013, the Division received your request for coal exploration bond releases for NOIs X- <br />1995- 109 -05, X- 2003 - 109 -09, X- 2004 - 109 -10, X- 2005- 109 -11, X- 2005- 109 -12, and X- 2006 - 109 -13. The <br />Division currently holds bonds for these NOIs in the amounts of $25,597.00, $8,533.00, $161,241.00, <br />$470,711.00, $464,485.00, and $134,871.00, respectively. <br />So that we may properly evaluate the success of the remaining reclamation at these sites, we will conduct <br />the bond release inspection within 30 days and weather permitting.
