No requests for an adjudicatory hearing on our proposed decision were received. <br />Bond Release No. 11 reduces your reclamation liability by $2,329,182.67. The current liability <br />is now $0.00. Please find the OSM and BLM concurrence attached concerning this final bond <br />release. The Division will return your performance bond as soon as possible.
