PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the release of <br />the coal exploration bond submitted by Bowie Resources, LLC for Notice of Intent No. X -2006- <br />217-11. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Delta <br />County. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the exploration project have <br />been adequately reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec.32,33 T12S R91W and Sec.4,6,7,17 T13S <br />R91 W. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
