Exhibit C — Pre - Mining and Mining of affected lands <br />3.) Changes were made to reflect correct scale properties (1 inch = 800 Feet). Please see map included. <br />4.) Marilyn Elrick now owns all adjoining surface areas around the Elrick Pit to the East and to the North, <br />except for the railroad property that runs through along the North side of the proposed area. This does <br />apply to the existing area as well as the proposed area. <br />5.) The stockpile shown is a topsoil stockpile as stated on the map. Please see map included. <br />6.) Topsoil will be stockpiled along northern edge of the proposed site. Material being mined for consumption will be <br />stockpiled to the North within the affected area so as to allow trucks access into and out of the affected area. We will <br />also construct a dirt berm along the southern and eastern edees of the proposed nit area which will protect <br />Surveyors Creek from stormwater runoff durine the mining process. Please see updated map included. <br />7.) As shown on the map included, the existing access road is in yellow. It utilizes the previously existing road into <br />the permitted area, but deviates near the far Northwest edge of the proposed site and continues east to the loading area <br />which will be in the mid to north - northeastern area of the pit. <br />8.) As stated on the Map included, the berm is labeled and shows exactly where the proposed berm will be placed <br />which is also signified by the legend included in the map.
