Secondary Underdrain: <br />No work was performed on the Secondary underdrain during this reporting period. <br />A total of 1380 feet of Secondary underdrain has been completed. <br />Primary Underdrain: <br />No work was performed on the Primary underdrain during this reporting period. <br />A total of 940 feet of Primary underdrain has been completed. <br />• <br />Tree /Slash Clearing, Chipping: <br />Seed Masters resumed chipping stockpiled trees and slash during this reporting period. Chipping is expected to <br />continue. One "Chipper" and two CAT 330 excavators were in operation. <br />13) Underground Workings <br />Confirmatory drilling was not performed during this reporting period, however exploratory excavation was performed <br />on UG working No. 6018 and No. 6051. Excavation will continue for these sites until hard rock is encountered or <br />other methods of remediation occur. <br />No UG working sites were remediated during this reporting period. <br />C) Highway 67 <br />MHT #2 is in place and is working properly. Highway 67 embankment fill continued during this reporting period. <br />11) Storm Water Management <br />Best Management Practices (BMP) are being performed. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />1) Field Activities: Construction activities and observation of clearing and grubbing, VLF Phase I fill and compaction, <br />underground workings, HWY 67 embankment fill placement observation were some of the tasks performed in the field as <br />required per project specifications. <br />11) Laboratory Activities: Laboratory testing continued (Permeability, Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, <br />Moisture- Density, gradations and material identifications) were some of the laboratory testing performed during this <br />reporting period as required to project specifications. <br />General Proiect Items <br />Meetings and Discussions: Weekly Project Status meeting was held at 10:00am on April 30th between CC &V, CDOT, <br />Ames and Amec. Topics discussed were Safety, Schedule, Project Issues, concerns and planning. <br />Summary of Concerns: None <br />CC& V.
