<br />Enclosed are two copies of Trapper's Permit Revision PR -07 application for the five -year permit term, 2013-
<br />2017. Also enclosed is a copy of a newspaper public notice for the Northwest Colorado Daily Press and a
<br />revision application form to our existing coal mining and reclamation permit. This permit revision proposes
<br />changes to our current permit boundary. It also proposes to disturb an additional 65 acres within our
<br />approved permit area during the PR -7 permit term.
<br />Enclosed with this letter is a four -page cross - reference index of all changes to text and maps proposed with
<br />this revision. Included with the cross - reference index is a brief description of each proposed change and, as
<br />appropriate, brief comments are added. The Division's preliminary adequacy comments to RN -6 (Jared
<br />Ebert's letter of August 21, 2012) are referenced through this document and addressed where appropriate.
<br />During the 2013 -2017 permit term, mining and haulroad construction activity will continue to occur in K, L
<br />and M Pits. In addition, reclamation activity will continue in K, L, Ashmore, East Flintlock, Flintlock, and
<br />Derringer /Enfield Pits (refer to M10 series maps).
