Water rights <br />87 and 92 are perennial springs and ponds that are typically full and overflowing. <br />The spring associated with water right 87 has an average and maximum flow of 2.8 <br />and 18.8 gallons per minute respectively. The spring associated with water right 92 <br />has an average and maximum flow of 3.0 and 22.2 gallons per minute respectively. <br />Water rights 84 and 93 have not been located or field verified. <br />The USDA -FS has two decreed water rights located east of Terror Creek and west <br />of the permit boundary. The spring associated with water right 83 has an average and maximum <br />flow of 0.08 and 0.50 gallons per minute respectively. The Operator considers the <br />pond associated with water right 76 to be a good pond because it contains water in <br />the spring and into the summer under normal weather conditions. <br />The USDA -FS has six ponds with decreed water rights located west of Terror Creek <br />and north of the permit boundary. They all have the same adjudication date and <br />decree amount, 8/24/92 and 0.1 AF respectively. They are known as E Terror 9, 10, <br />11, 12, 13 and 23. Two of its ponds in this area, Flat and Monte, are not decreed. <br />Additionally, high value springs have been identified on USDA -FS managed land <br />within the permit boundary.
