Mining will be performed by the Washington County Road and Bridge Department of District 2. Activity <br />is intended to take place along the North and Northeast border of Surveyor Creek. <br />Plan Objective: <br />The primary objective of this plan will be to stabilize soils and restore the plant community similar to its <br />historic climax or the desired plant community once mining has been completed. The historic climax plant <br />community (HCPC) predicted for this site is; Western wheatgrass, Green needlegrass, Big bluestem, and <br />Fourwing saltbush.
