Exhibit G — Water Information (amended)
24.) Mining will be done to the North of Surveyor Creek. We do not want to mine material from the Creek
bed. All maps included in this permit application show the proposed affected area as being outside the banks of
the Surveyor Creek.
25.) In order to retain stability of the affected areas and prevent stormwater runoff from entering the Surveyor
Creek, we will a.) mine from the south to the north, pushing all material into a stockpile near the actual truck
parking area closest to the pit entrance. This will create a natural barrier that will stop Stormwater runoff from
entering the creek. And b.) We will create a berm along the south end of the proposed area, at the top of the
north and east banks of the Surveyor Creek that will act as a dam for Stormwater runoff.
