There is apparently some confusion. I am available on Thursday, August 4th. I am unavailable earlier in that week with something that was arranged back in May. If you do wish to meet on the Southfield Mine site on Thursday, August 4th, Please confirm with me, either by e-mail to Janet.binns(@state.co.us or calling my office 303 - 866 -3567 ext 8107. I am a bit concerned, Linda's original question was, "when was I planning to conduct my July inspection at Southfield ". I told her of my tentative date informing her that the date might change for various reasons. I provided notice as early as I could that my schedule had changed. At that time I had not been aware that other parties had also been scheduled to be at this same inspection. Please keep me informed if you plan to include other parties. Thank you. I will copy on my inspection report and any proposed decision WHEN we get to that point with the current TR39. We are evaluating the revision and have not made any decisions at this time. I will evaluate the condition of the light use roads when I am on the site. Since I was locked out in June, I was unable to note any problems with the light use roads during that inspection. Janet H. I adjusted my schedule for our previously arranged date which was changed & I unfortunately cannot accommodate 7/2. Is there any chance of meeting on Wednesday 7/3? Also, there is a significant chance of rain on Tuesday which as we know, and as we we have addressed in the past, makes the roads within our property impassable. The condition of the roads is yet another issue to be attended to. Our requests for improvements to the roads within our land to their original condition have been dismissed to this point. Thank you for your consideration for a change of meeting dates. If the change of date & meeting times is not possible I look forward to a full report of of your observations regarding the Revegetation Plot Plan.
