The number sequence is the same as Division <br />letter dated April 26, 2013: <br />1. The permit text on page 2.04 -1a was revised to reference the change <br />in permit area resulting from the approval of TR -18. The original <br />wording on Page 2.04 -1 and the accompanying table were not <br />revised NECC believes the historical context is valuable in interpreting <br />permitting actions occurring with final reclamation. Likewise the <br />reference on 2.04 -40 is historical and defines the boundaries of the <br />wildelife resource study area. Similarly, pages 2.05 -2 and 2.05 -39g <br />are historical references. <br />2. Labels are enclosed that may be attached to maps shown the <br />"historical permit boundary" <br />3.
