Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />Ms. Amber Meran notified the Division of a release of process water from a fire line on April 29, <br />2013 at 3:53PM. The leak was discovered at approximately 7:OOAM on April 29, 2013. <br />Notice Requirements (3.1.13(2)): <br />(a) Climax Molybdenum, M- 1977 -342, Amber Meran <br />(b) (303) 569 -3221 Ext. 2235 <br />(c) Late PM on April 28, 2013, discovered at 7:OOAM on April 29, 2013 <br />(d) Process water used for fire water and held in storage tanks on the hill above facility <br />(e) An estimated 5,000 gallons of process water was released. The released water did not <br />leave the permit area. The water pooled in the area of the leak. No adverse impacts <br />to human health, property or the environment were reported. <br />(f) Henderson employees closed the shut -off line valve, stopping the leak.
