On May 7, 2013 Gold Eagle submitted <br />withdrawals of those notices and affirmed previous statements it would initiate reclamation. The <br />Division acknowledges the withdrawal of the notices of Temporary Cessation and is returning the <br />required fee of $115.00 for each site. <br />Gold Eagle first committed to reclamation, in lieu of submitting an Environmental Protection Plan, on <br />January 7, 2013. Gold Eagle, U.S. Department of Energy and the Division will be meeting on site in mid - <br />May to discuss reclamation plans and requirements for all 4 sites. Gold Eagle will be required to submit <br />a plan and timetable for initiation of reclamation to the Division within 60 days of issuance of the site <br />visit inspection report. Final reclamation of all four sites must be achieved no later than May 31", 2014. <br />Once the plans are reviewed and accepted by the Division, it shall be incumbent upon Gold Eagle to <br />commence reclamation in accordance with the approved timetables.
