Public Notice Riverside Aggregates, LLC has filed an application for a Construction Materials Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Rec- lamation Board under the pro- visions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. The proposed mine is known as the Sharp Pit #2 and is located at, or near Section 22, Township 22, Range 48, 6th Prime Meridian in Bent County, Colorado. The proposed future use of the land is pasture land. This publication serves as notice of the proposed mining operation.
