As required, attached please find the revision fee in the amount of $144.00. <br />We request the commencement of the initial five -year period for temporary Cessation be October <br />11, 2012. <br />The reason for the request of temporary Cessation is as follows: <br />The Boettcher Sand Stone quarry was a source of raw material for the Fort Collins cement plant <br />which was closed in 2002. Since then, the quarry has been inactive with some reclamation work. <br />In addition, there has been an aggressive weed control mitigation efforts on the property. <br />For the Boettcher Sand Stone quarry, Holcim plans to complete the reclamation plans the <br />reclamation during the cessation period. Holcim will continue the weed control mitigation work, <br />conduct periodic site inspections for stormwater management and general site upkeep. <br />Currently, there is a Financial Warranty in the amount of $10,100 which is not sufficient to cover <br />the current reclamation liabilities. As Holcim is currently working on the final reclamation plans <br />which will include an estimated cost for reclamation. <br />
