Response to DRMS Adequacy Rex iew (2) —Cotter SM -18 Mine Reclamation Plan Amendment
10. Sheet 4 of S. There is an error for the percentage slope listed for Section 20-2. It should
be 14.00% slopes are suspect Please correct the typo.
The slope listed for Section 20-2 has been corrected to reflect 14.00 %. It is
now shown correctly on the drawing included in Attachment 7 (sheet 4) and
in the calculatiog worksheet included in Attachment 6-
11. Sheet 1 of 5 channel ditch sections. Some sections are looking downstream, others are
looking upstream. The convention for water course sections is looking towards the
downstream direction. This helps in avoiding confusion as to flow direction. Please
consider this forfuture submittals.
The drawing and cross - sections have been revised, as suggested, to look in
the downstream direction. They are included in Attachment 7 (sheets 1, 3,
and 4).
12. Page ESWMP -S, first paragraph 7. The NRCS is referenced as the "National Resource
Conservation Service ". The 'N" stands for "Natural", not "National".
We acknowledge that the "N" of NRCS stands for "Natural'.
8
