Collom Mine <br />Expansion, Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -019. <br />Dear Mrs. Maiolo, <br />Colowyo submitted a revision to its permit, identified as PR -03; which was <br />approved by Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) on <br />April 10, 2013. Colowyo is not including revised materials approved under this <br />revision as your office has already been sent the revised materials prior to this <br />approval. <br />During the review process, Colowyo sent your office a revised copy of all <br />submitted materials each time new or revised materials were provided to <br />CDRMS.
