During the month of March, Outfall 005A, <br />005W, MON5, 005Q (all Pond D) flowed the last two weeks of the month. Note that through an oversight, acute WET testing <br />(005W) was conducted for Ceriodaphnia dubia, instead of the required Daphia magna. Note that Ceriodaphnia is the more <br />sensitive of the two species and passed easily. A complete copy of the lab report is attached. The lab has been notified to <br />double check the permit requirements against the chain of custody request and notify us of any discrepancies in the future. <br />The following certification is provided to verify that that the following the outfalls, did not discharge. These include Outfalls <br />002A/002Q (Pond T), 003A/003Q (Pond B), 004A /004Q (Pond C), 006A/006Q (Pond E), 007A, 007W, MON 7, 007Q (all Pond <br />F), and 008A/008Q (Pond G). <br />Please call me directly: (970) 870 -2750 with any questions. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
