V. 4?. <br />This letter transmits the As -Built Report for the storm water drainage ditch installed at Energy Fuels Resources <br />(USA) Inc.'s ( "EFRI's ") Van 4 Mine (the "Mine "). EFRI completed the drainage ditch construction on June 13, <br />2012. The drainage facilities were constructed in accordance with the requirements found in the Mine's <br />Environmental Protection Plan (the "EPP "), Sections 9.0 through 9.3.
