Table 13 -1 shows parcel numbers and related names and addresses of the
surrounding property owners. Owners of man -made structures within 200ft of the
mill site permit boundary are highlighted in the table. Figure 13 -1 shows the parcel
locations relative to the mill property.

Figure 6 -2 illustrates the location of the following man -made structures:
• Gas Pipeline;
• Sewer Pipeline:
• Leadville Sanitation Polishing Pond;
• Utility Power Line
• Access Roads; and
• Fences; (Mill property- north, south, west boundaries)
Notarized agreements or engineering reports between Union Milling Company, LLC
and the entities having interest in the previously listed structures that Union Milling
Company will provide compensation for any damages to the listed Structures. The
agreements /engineering reports are presented in the following appendices:
• Xcel Energy, Gas Pipeline and Power Line; (Appendix 13 -1);
• Leadville Sanitation District, Sewer Pipeline, Polishing Pond and Fence:
(Appendix 13 -2);
• Phillips Access Road; (Appendix 13 -3); and
• Mellott Access Road, (Appendix 13 -4)
