Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the release of <br />the coal exploration bond submitted by CAM- Colorado LLC for Notice of Intent No. X- 2006 -153- <br />14. A $1,957.00 bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes permitted <br />under this NOI in Garfield County. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the <br />exploration project have been adequately reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec. 8,9,10,16 T8 RI 02W. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at the address above within 30 days of publication of the second <br />publication of this proposed decision in The Daily Sentinel. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Sincerely, <br />Elliott R.
