An Effluent Discharge permit is not required. There will be no effluent in our <br />operation. <br />2. Air Quality Emissions permit is not required. Our operation will be well under <br />the 70,000 ton annual limit <br />3. No radioactive source material will be generated or used in this operation. <br />4. The Colorado Historic Preservation office has been contacted. We will be <br />responsible to report any artifacts or remains to the proper authorities. <br />5. A Corps of Engineers 404 Dredge and Fill permit is not required. The operation <br />will not affect navigable waters. There will be no water well on the site. <br />6. No explosives will be used in our production. <br />7. Highway access will be from a county pit to county road 53. No access permit <br />will be required. <br />8. This is a privately owned site. US Forest Service or Bureau of Land Management <br />permit will not be required. <br />9. No local zoning or land use permits are required. We are a county government <br />agency. <br />
