PSCM proposes to Illaintain the present baseline nlonitol'ing regime and add
several additional surface water monitoring sites that are used to determine hydrologic impacts
from the Seneca It Mine. Table 2.0=1.7 -Ttl lists the surface water monitoring points to be
included in the monitoring program, monitoring frequencies and parameter listed used. Tables
and 2.04.7 -T12 and 12.1 list the water quality parameters to be measured in the field and those
to be measured or analyzed in the laboratory. The outfalls of Ponds 002, 003, and 004 will
continue to be NPDES compliance points incorporated into a new CDPS NPDES Permit that
may be found in Exhibit 2.05.3 -E3. Site YSG5, on Grassy Creek downstream of all potential
mine impacts, \ \-ill be the point of evaluation for surface water impacts under SMCRA. Annual
monitoring reports will be provided to CDRMS no later than March 31 st of each year.
Midterm Review 2.04 -106 Revision 04/2013
