RULE 2 - PERMITS
surface water monitoring sites for which records are available, and notes the monitoring intervals.
The baseline hydrological work plan in Exhibit 2.04.7 -E1, Hydrologic Information, presents
• chemical constituents sampled for water quality. Table 2.04.7 -T6 lists the minimum, maximum,
and average of measured water quality parameters for the four monitoring stations in Grassy Creek,
and the single station in Little Grassy Creek. Table 2.04.7 -T7 lists those water quality perameters
for the NPDES outfalls in the Grassy Creek and Fish Creek basins within the PSCM permit area. ;
Table 2.04.7 -T7.1 lists those for the spoil springs; and Table 2.04.7 -T7.2 lists those for the springs
and seeps inventoried in August 2009. Data summarized in Table 2.04.7 -T6, Table 2.04 -T7,
Table 2.04 -T7.1, and Table 2.04.7 -T7.2 can be found in Exhibit 2.04.7 -E1, Hydrologic
Information. Alluvial groundwater quality was discussed earlier in this section, and presented in
Table 2.04.7 -T3. Note that for computation of ranges and averages for the tables, water quality
values reported as less than the laboratory detection limit were taken to equal the detection limit.
•
PSCM Permit App. 2.04 -71 6/15/09
