CO 81416 C OTARy� v' RECEIVED APR 9 2013 Division or declamation, Mining and Safety NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION The Colorado Division of Reclama- tion, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to Approve Bond Release Application No. 4 (SL- 4) for the Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -038. The mine is oper- ated by Bowie Resources, LLC un- der the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The bond release ap- plication was submitted by Bowie Resources, LLC on March 14, 2012. The Division proposes to release $1,278,543.70 for work completed on 70.0 acres. The affected area is located in Delta County, approxi- mately 3 miles North of Paonia. Copies of the proposed decision are available for review at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 216, Den- ver, Colorado 80201 and on the Division's webaite at httpy /mining. state.co.us/Reports/MiningData/ Peges/I magedDocumentData.aspx.
