v. Not applicable. Mulch will not be used in reclamation. <br />vi. Not applicable. No trees or shrubs will be planted in reclamation. <br />d. Not applicable. No ponds currently exist and no ponds will be part of the reclamation plan. <br />e. Not applicable. There are no waste rock dumps, underground mine openings, ditches, sediment <br />control facilities, buildings, or any other features not previously addressed in the reclamation <br />plan narrative. <br />2. Reclamation Costs: <br />The total estimated volume used to backfill the pit for reclamation is based on a proposed slope <br />equal to 3:1 slope with variance to 4:1 slope beginning at the north boundary line of the mining area <br />and sloping to the existing elevation on the northwestern, eastern, and southern boundaries. <br />a., b., c. Riverside Aggregates, LLC plans to apply 8" to 12" topsoil to the site and estimates <br />approximately 10,650 C.Y. of topsoil will be needed to reclaim the 9.9 acres in the affected <br />area. The estimated cost for material is $10, 650.00. The estimated cost to transport and <br />spread manure equal to 25 ton per acre or 248 total tons at $2.90 per ton is estimated to <br />be $717.00. The costs to prepare the seed bed and plant are estimated at $8,633.00. The <br />total estimated cost for reclamation is estimated to be approximately $2000.00 per acre or <br />approximately $20,000.00. <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E- Map <br />Mining Plan Map: See attached maps page 1 and 2 <br />The operator has included 2 pages including maps describing features associated with the site, <br />mining plan, and reclamation plan. The map(s) are separated and identified as: <br />Page 1- Vicinity Map. The permit boundaries are outlined and labeled on page 2 of the plan identified as <br />Exhibit A /B. <br />b. There are no permanent or man -made structures located with -in 200 feet of the affected area, <br />therefore, there are no permanent or man -made structures identified on the plan. <br />The names of the Landowners of record of with -in 200 feet of the affected area are shown on <br />page 2 of the plan identified as Exhibit A/B and are: <br />1. The predominant features of the Sharp Pit #2 operation are identified and labeled on page 2 <br />Exhibt A/B, and Exhibit C and include, but are not limited to, existing roads, pit boundaries, <br />topsoil and product stockpiles, temporary buildings, and equipment. <br />d. The direction of material extraction is shown on page 2 Exhibit A/B and Exhibit C. <br />e. Not applicable. There are no significant, valuable, and permanent man -made structures with -in <br />200 feet of the affected area. Therefore, there are no structures identified in any exhibit on any <br />map included in this application. <br />f. Not applicable.
