Reclamation Costs: <br />The total estimated volume used to backfill the pit for reclamation is based on a proposed slope <br />equal to 3:1 slope with variance to 4:1 slope beginning at the north boundary line of the mining area <br />and sloping to the existing elevation on the northwestern, eastern, and southern boundaries. <br />a., b., c. Riverside Aggregates, LLC plans to apply 8" to 12" topsoil to the site and estimates <br />approximately 10,650 C.Y. of topsoil will be needed to reclaim the 9.9 acres in the affected <br />area. The estimated cost for material is $10, 650.00. The estimated cost to transport and <br />spread manure equal to 25 ton per acre or 248 total tons at $2.90 per ton is estimated to <br />be $717.00. The costs to prepare the seed bed and plant are estimated at $8,633.00. The <br />total estimated cost for reclamation is estimated to be approximately $2000.00 per acre or <br />approximately $20,000.00. <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E- Map <br />Mining Plan Map: See attached maps page 1 and 2 <br />The operator has included 2 pages including maps describing features associated with the site, <br />mining plan, and reclamation plan.
