The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on April 18, 2013, a minor revision application (MR -18) to the
Peabody Sage Creek Mine, Permit No. C- 2009 -087, operated by Peabody Sage Creek Mining, LLC, PO
Box 250, Hayden, CO 81639 -0250 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Minor Revision
No. 18 addresses the Divisions adequacy concerns during the 2013 Midterm Review of the Peabody Sage
Creek Mine permit application package (C- 2009 -087. All reviews and comment periods as provided in
the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
