The report shall include a
description of any appearances of instability, structural weakness, and other hazardous
conditions.
The inspection was conducted on March 28, 2013. The Division received the report on April 4,
2013. No instability, structural weakness, or other hazardous conditions were noted during this
inspection of the fill. However, it was noted in the report the some cracking from differential
settling was noticed on the top south portion of the fill and that these cracks would be filled and
monitored on a regular basis. Also, two spots above the 7350' elevation on the south side of the
fill showed some differential settling. These areas will also need to be monitored.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
