Todd Sullivan
850 N. Davidson Blvd.
Eloy, AZ 85131
10'M_
To: The State of Colorado/ Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman St. Suite 215
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Sirs,
7-
I am writing you to express my concern about modifying the 112 permit on the
"Gloria Z" mine to allow the dumping of construction material on the mining
property. This property is not a landfill. This modification is a cover for continued
landfill activities in violation of their current permit. As you are aware of the
newspaper article about the dumping of asbestos contamination on the mining
property which specifically names Mike Pfister. They also have not fixed the
violations that were found on the property in August of 2012, after they
contaminated my drinking well. I am the land owner on the east, south and west
side of the "Gloria Z" mine. I own 127 acres of land that surrounds the "Gloria Z"
property. I want to see a state approved plan for remediation prior to any
modification of the 112 permit. If this is not done then the state of Colorado
must accept full financial responsibility for allowing this contamination to cross
onto my property. Mr. Pfister has already contaminated my property. Do not
allow this to happen again.
Sincer
Todd Sull
RECEIVED
✓ APR 2 4 2013
,/6ivision of Reclamation,
Mining & Safety
