On January 31, 2013, I sent this entire "Exhibit H" to the
Division of Wildlife Regional Manager:
NW Region: 711 Independent Avenue, Grand Junction, CO
81505.
I requested comment on "Appendix B" of the Mined Land
Wildlife Statement pages #12 & #13.
On March 6`'', 2013, I called Jacob Davidson at the Division
of Wildlife office in Meeker about "Appendix B ", and he had
not opened our package yet!
The Division of Wildlife declined to execute Appendix B on
the basis that they had not done so within 30 days of
receiving it!
