The purpose of the inspection will be <br />to evaluate the Phase I bond release area associated with SL -4. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you <br />be notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the inspection.
