The purpose of the inspection will <br />be to evaluate the Phase I bond release area associated with SL -4. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that <br />you be notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the inspection.
