Linden Ave, Trinidad <br />Colorado, 71 9- 846 -2931, has filed an application for <br />a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The Proposed mine is known as the Shannon <br />Pit, and is located at or near Section 15, Township 33, <br />Range 53 , 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The Proposed date of commencement is March , 2013 <br />and the proposed ate of completion is Winter , 2038.
