United States Forest Paonia P.O. The content of TR -130 is minor changes to methane drainage wells and associated road
access in the E5 panel of the E -Seam Methane Drainage Wells Project on National Forest
System Lands.
Our review has found that this proposal is subject to the March 2008 Record of Decision (ROD)
for the E Seam Methane Drainage Wells Project and with Permit Revision 14 (PR -14). The
proposed changes in TR -130 are consistent with the design criteria to protect federal resources
found in these two documents and also consistent with returning the land to the post mining land
use of big game winter range and livestock grazing.
No additional conditions of approval are required to protect federal resources and to support the
post mining land uses as defined in the Forest Plan for the GMUG National Forest.
Please contact Ryan Taylor at 970 -527 -4131, or via email at rztaylorna fs.fed.us with any
questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
LEVI K.
