Changes have been made to <br />channel linings for ditches in the East Pit and <br />West Pit areas and updates of related <br />SEDCAD modeling. <br />The Colowyo Coal Mine is a surface coal <br />mine located in Moffat and Rio Blanco Coun- <br />ties, approximately 28 miles south of Craig, <br />Colorado Coal interest is Federal, and the <br />surface affected is Federal, State and private <br />land. The permit area encompasses approx- <br />imately 12, 250.95 acres. <br />This proposed decision is based on a finding <br />that the proposed operation will comply with <br />all requirements of the Colorado Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Section 34 33 <br />101, et seq., C.R.S., and the regulations <br />promulgated thereunder. <br />Copes of the proposed decision, including <br />stipulations, are on file for public impaction <br />at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safely, Room 215, Centennial <br />Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Col- <br />orado 80203.
