<br />Western Fuels- Colorado, LLC, PO Box 628,
<br />Nuofa, Colorado 81424, has subm a complete
<br />application for a renewal of a valid, existing permit
<br />to conduct mining in Colorado to the Division of
<br />Reciamatrrn, Miring and Safety for its New Horizon
<br />Mine. Permit No. C-8 -008.
<br />The permit area contains some 926.06 acres of
<br />private lands. These areas are situated as follows.

<br />Cuunty Courthouse Annex, Nucia, Colorado. A
<br />copy of the approved permit application document,
<br />as well as the renewal application, is available at
